Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for full container loads (FCL) is 1x20ft FCL (approximately 20 to 25 Metric Tons depending on product bulk density and packaging type). For bulk break-bulk vessel shipments (such as granular fertilizers, urea, or kieserite), our typical shipment sizes range from 1,000 MT to 15,000 MT. For specialty liquid plant nutrition and water-soluble micro-element formulations, flexible trial quantities can be evaluated upon request.
Can Adenor Global manufacture custom NPK and micronutrient formulations?
Yes. In addition to our standardized catalog formulas (such as 20-20-20+ME, 10-10-40+ME, 12-40-12+ME, and specialized NEOFERT lines), Adenor Global offers custom toll-blending and OEM manufacturing services. Clients can specify target nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium (NPK) ratios, chelation agents (EDTA, EDDHA), free amino acid concentrations, fulvic/humic acid enrichments, and pH ranges to match specific crop requirements and local market registrations.

Which Incoterms do you support for international shipments?

Standard catalog products in inventory can be loaded and dispatched within 5 to 10 business days following sales contract confirmation and payment clearance. For customized chemical formulations, OEM private labeling, or charter vessel bulk orders, typical production and port dispatch lead times range between 15 to 25 calendar days.

What packaging options are available for solid and liquid products?
We offer a versatile range of industrial and agricultural packaging solutions designed for maximum storage stability:
- Solid Fertilizers & Minerals: 25 kg and 50 kg multi-layer woven polypropylene (PP) bags with internal polyethylene (PE) moisture-barrier liners; 500 kg, 1,000 kg, and 1,250 kg UV-stabilized Jumbo Big Bags with discharge spouts; and loose bulk vessel discharge.
- Liquid Nutrition & Technical Chemicals: 1 Liter bottles, 5 L / 20 L / 25 L UV-resistant HDPE jerry cans, 200 Liter poly/steel drums, 1,000 Liter UN-certified IBC Totes, and ISO tank / Flexitank containers for bulk liquid shipments.
Do you provide OEM, private labeling, and multi-language packaging?
Yes. We offer comprehensive private labeling and custom bag printing services. We can produce packaging featuring your brand artwork, logo, localized regulatory warnings, registration numbers, and multi-language technical datasheets (English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, Turkish) compliant with destination country import requirements.
How does Adenor Global ensure product quality and specification compliance?
Every export batch undergoes rigorous quality control testing prior to dispatch. We issue an official Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming chemical purity, active ingredient percentages, heavy metal compliance, solubility, moisture content, and density. Furthermore, full Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS / SDS) compliant with GHS and REACH guidelines are supplied with all consignments.
Can orders be inspected by independent third-party agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas)?
Absolutely. We welcome and routinely accommodate pre-shipment inspections by internationally accredited third-party verification companies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or Cotecna. Independent surveyors can verify quality specifications, sampling, container sealing, tallying, and packaging condition at our factory or during port loading at the buyer’s request.
What is your sample policy for prospective commercial buyers?
We provide free product samples (typically up to 500 grams for solid powders/granules and up to 500 ml for liquid fertilizers) for qualified commercial buyers to conduct laboratory verification and field trials. Sample materials are provided complimentary; prospective buyers are requested to provide a courier account number (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or cover the international air freight forwarding cost.
What payment methods and financial terms do you accept?
For standard international export contracts, we accept:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Standard 30% advance deposit with the 70% balance payable against scanned original shipping documents (Bill of Lading, COA, Packing List, Commercial Invoice).
- L/C (Letter of Credit): Irrevocable, Confirmed Letters of Credit payable at sight issued by prime international banks.
Flexible payment terms and revolving credit facilities can be structured for verified long-term contracted distribution partners.
